There are lots of people who actually rely on artificial sweeteners to satisfy their taste buds but then these are unhealthy foods to avoid as it is harmful to us.

Artificial sweeteners are actually not as good as it does not satisfy the natural cravings like natural sugar does. Your brain does not get the signal that your cravings have been satisfied therefore you overeat it which is actually harmful as it increases blood sugar.

Hydrogenated Oils

The best oils for human consumption are coconut oil, olive oil, particular plant oil etc other than that no other hydrogenated oils are good for health. Fast Food, fried foods or boxed baking mixes are prepared with such hydrogenated oils. They are very heavy in calories and is very difficult to break them down. In the process of digestion, the byproducts that are formed are basically toxic.

Energy Drinks

As per fitness and nutrition experts, it is important to avoid such energy drinks. It contains more than 30gms of sugar per day with lots of amazing stimulants. It contains a mix of taurine, caffeine, L-carnitine, and ginseng. It gives you a good energy boost but then you crash down later on.

Soda

Soda increases calorie drastically which leads to an increased fat percentage. It suppresses the need o drink milk, and other sufficient nutrients. Studies have shown that it leads to Type 2 diabetes.

Trans Fats

In an industrial process, trans fat is created by adding hydrogen to liquid vegetable oils to make them solid. It is used for the purpose of making it long lasting food for consumption.

High-Fructose Corn Syrup

This high caloric food is prepared by converting corn syrup’s glucose into another form of sugar called fructose. This product is used by most of the commercial food producers. Consuming this product leads to high processing of fat in the liver which leads to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
