Drinking alcohol may increase on the Kgs even more than you thought.
I am giving some facts here why alcohol drinking causes more weight gain.
Know what happens to your body when you drink alcohol
Whenever you drink beer or alcohol, it is divided or convert into acetate vinegar, acetate vinegar is one of most used building blocks for biosynthesis. After drinking alcohol our body will burn calorie you’ve consumed including fat or sugar. So if you drink and consume more calories than you need, you’re more likely to store the fat from the food you eat and the sugar from the soft drink you drink because your body is getting all its energy from the acetate in the beer you sucked down.
Studies show that alcohol temporarily inhibits “lipid oxidation”— in simple when alcohol is in your system, it’s harder for your body to burn fat that’s already there. We know that eating fat is the most metabolically efficient option to increase fat in your body. You actually use a few calories when you turn excess carbs and protein into body fat, but excess fat slips right into your saddlebags, no costume change necessary. In other words speaking, following a high-fat, high alcohol diet would be one of the easiest options to increase your weight. I don’t mean that you cannot drink moderately and lose weight until you maintaining healthy habit and regular exercise.
