Let us see the list of warmup activities to make your body flexible and injury free.

List of Warmup Activities:

1) BEAR CRAWL

This is regarded as one of the best warm-up movements for your entire body. They improve the core muscles. You just need to bend down and touch the ground with your palm and bend your knees to march forward by the right arm and left leg together.

2) BENT-OVER T-SPINE EXTENSION

It is important to keep your spine flexible and mobile. You just need to do this by bending your knees slightly until your trunk is parallel to the floor. Turn your arm up along with your upper body and face. Do the same with your other arm.

3) SPIDERMAN LUNGE WITH OVERHEAD REACH

Among different warmup activities, this is for stretching your hips and groin. Do a normal lunge forward and place your hands on the ground. Then by holding the glute tight extend your right arm by watching it up. Switch sides.

4) SINGLE-LEG ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS

This is mainly for your glutes and hamstrings. Bend forward gently and pull one leg behind. Squeeze your glutes by holding your torso parallel to the ground. Switch sides alternatively.

5) LATERAL BOUNDS

This plyometric move will activate your muscle fibers and help in firing your CNS for the best performance. Jump from one side to another side and land without any sound. Hold for 1-2 seconds before jumping on to another leg. Do 5 reps alternatively.

It is very important to warm up before a workout because if you workout without warming up your muscles are not prepared for firing in a maximum throughput and will also lead to injury.
